It helps with anxiety. I’ll be worried about something and I remind myself “I’m probably worrying about the wrong thing.” There’s surely something to be worried about, something bad coming that I might want to prevent, but its probably not the thing I’m stressed over.

Some further questions:
What does 'worry' mean to you?
Does it manifest the "same" way every time?
If you are not the same, is your worry the same?
Are most worries really in the present? Or are they things from the past or the future?
The past is gone and the future is not here yet so where exactly are they?
What happens if you just sit with this "anxiety" for a moment and try to just feel the experience? Does it go away? Does it remain?
